Free French verb worksheets for fall

French verb worksheets for fall

Wouldn’t it be great to have some French verb worksheets that would help your students learn seasonal vocabulary? This free set of French worksheets is a fun and easy way to expose students to fall vocabulary while practicing French verb conjugation.

It doesn’t always really work for me to do a whole seasonal unit, but I do love bringing in seasonal vocabulary as much as I can. If that’s you, too, maybe you’d like to review some French verb tenses you’re already doing so you can keep up with your program. These free French verb worksheets are a no-prep way to add a little seasonal vocabulary to the concepts you are already doing.

This French resource includes a printable vocabulary list of common French fall-themed verbs and a page of French verb conjugation practice for present tense verbs that is perfect for beginning French students.

If your students have learned a variety of French verb tenses, there’s another page in these French verb worksheets with a multi-tense activity for the présent, passé composé, futur simple, and imparfait. It’s a quick and easy way to review French verbs with some seasonal words!

How else can you teach French fall vocabulary?

Your students might also love listening to French songs about fall. I think music is such a wonderful way to expose students to more language! It helps you add variety, kids love it, and it’s an amazing way to retain language structures. (Ever get a song stuck in your head?)

If you’ve got time and want to do more French fall-themed activities, this French fall unit is a fun way to practice speaking and writing using common structures you are already using in class.

I hope these French verb worksheets for fall are a fun way for your students to review verbs with a fun seasonal twist!

Happy teaching!
