Why Use a Student Information Sheet?
A student information sheet is an easy way to learn useful information about your students early in the school year.
You can use it to:
- Learn about students’ interests and strengths
- Discover activities and topics they enjoy
- Get a better sense of your class group
- Give students an opportunity to share information they want you to know
- Gather helpful information at the beginning of the year
I like using a French student information sheet during the first week of school, once students have had a chance to settle into the classroom and get to know me a little.
You can have students complete it in class, finish it at home, or send it home for families to complete together.
Perfect for Middle School and High School Teachers
This resource works well for all subjects! It’s great for:
- Core French
- FSL
- French immersion
- Advisement students
- ELA
- and more!
The bilingual format is especially helpful when you teach students with different levels of French proficiency or if your students don’t speak French.
