I pick the low barrier to entry worksheets and print them in a package and go. I don’t need to offer support, students just work independently on these packages. It is a lifesaver. These have a great blend of more simple and fun activities with more challenging activities [for core French not immersion]. I also really enjoy the speaking activities as it gives me a full week or so of French that hits multiple areas of learning.

I have used it through seasonal lessons since then! Now dipping back into it for the second Christmas and still happy with the quality of the resources and the layout. Definitely can be lead by a non-specialist if used for cover or you can adapt these into a lesson if you’re a specialist.
